Chef and son of the house Hannes spoils you with traditional and Mediterranean delicacies. He relies on regional products, because fresh and seasonal simply tastes best. In the morning you can look forward to an invigorating alpine breakfast made mainly from local products, in the evening we serve you a varied menu of your choice. We serve you moments of enjoyment in a dream mountain setting: Dining room and winter garden convince with spectacular panorama.

Our pampering offer
  • Welcome aperitif upon your arrival
  • Daily rich breakfast buffet with over 80 different products. From fresh bread and different kinds of fruit to delicious jams and sweet delicacies; here you will find everything you need for a good start to the day.
  • For the cold winter months: A hot soup pot gives the small hunger in between no chance.
  • Once a week: cake buffet in the afternoon from 14.00. Our kitchen team conjures up delicious cakes and pies. The specialty of the house is the preparation of the South Tyrolean apple strudel, which is so delicious that there is usually nothing left of it in the late afternoon.
  • Daily 4-course candlelit dinner: dinner consists of a rich salad buffet, delicious starters, and main courses (chef Hannes takes great care in the composition of regional products and homemade natural foods) and sweet temptations to finish.
  • Finally, a nightcap at the bar
